The Deputy Manager IT will help build, maintain, and troubleshoot Habib University’s system and
telecom infrastructure. S/he will be part of IT team that demonstrate exceptional technical competency,
delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability and performance.Managing Hyper‐V 2012 R2 core cluster with SCVMM
Managing MS Lync Infrastructure Management with SONUS gateways.
Managing Active Directory replication with Office365
Looking after MS Exchange Management and mailbox / SMTP configurations.
Undertaking Servers & Users backup and restoration also making redundancy strategies for
Performing SCCM for End Point Security & Patch Management.
Responsible for all installed servers and infrastructure.
Providing second level server support.
Liaising with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.
Proactively ensuring the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability.
Participating in the design of information and operational support systems.
Participating in managing Data Center ‐ Operations & Maintenance
Graduation and/or Post Graduation Microsoft certification in Lync, Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft Hyper‐V and System Center. CCNA (Optional)
Minimum Five years’ of experience in relevant field
